Project designer

The project designer is responsible for writing the project and publishing it by the beginning of each week.

Follow the project template (see any recent project).

Project content priority goes to developers who want to get feedback on a feature they plan to release.

Those projects can provide instructions to use a release candidate for the project in order to get feedback pre-release. They must have product documentation (phronesis tests product documentation as much as it does product knowledge).

The project designer should solicit cycle teams for project ideas.
