  • Active participation: Engage fully with the training exercises, which are designed to simulate both typical and atypical scenarios you might encounter with our products. We encourage you to think critically and creatively as you navigate through these scenarios.

"For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them." - Aristotle, The Nicomachean Ethics

  • Problem-solving and reporting: We anticipate that not every scenario will go as planned. When you encounter issues, we expect you to use your problem-solving skills to attempt a resolution or to accurately identify the problem. You will use GitHub issues to document and report any bugs or unexpected behaviors you find, describing them in detail to help our development team address them efficiently.

  • Collaboration: Since the training involves pair work, you’ll need to collaborate effectively with your partner. Sharing insights, discussing strategies, and jointly overcoming challenges are all part of the process.

"The pleasures arising from thinking and learning will make us think and learn all the more." — Aristotle, The Nicomachean Ethics

  • Feedback: At the end of each training project, we expect you to provide feedback on both the training process and the products. This feedback is crucial for us to refine our training approaches and enhance product functionality. We expect you to join the Redocly Academy on Thursday and be ready to present your feedback in 3 minutes or less.
